We also verify key vehicle identification and manufacturing details, including VIN/chassis number and manufacturing information, helping ensure the vehicle’s identity and overall condition are properly verified before delivery.
AC & Heater Performance Inspection

Vehicle 360° Comprehensive Check⭐⭐⭐
As the final stage of our inspection, we conduct a 360° assessment of the vehicle, reviewing overall condition, fit & finish, functionality, safety, equipment, and other applicable inspection areas. This final quality check ensures that every critical aspect is reviewed and nothing important is overlooked before delivery.
Vehicle Checks Beyond Inspection Scope ❌
Certain vehicle conditions can only be accurately assessed while the vehicle is being driven or operated under real-world conditions. These may include wheel balancing and alignment, steering behaviour, braking response, suspension performance, acceleration, vibrations, road noise, ride quality, handling, and other drive-dependent characteristics. Such parameters may not be fully assessable during a stationary PDI and may require a road test or specialised equipment.
For EVs, internal inspection or opening of the high-voltage battery pack is not performed as part of our standard PDI. This is because manufacturers generally restrict unauthorised battery-pack opening or internal intervention due to high-voltage safety requirements, manufacturer protocols, and potential warranty implications. Our inspection is therefore limited to externally assessable battery-related parameters and applicable electronic/diagnostic checks, wherever permitted.
This ensures the vehicle is inspected professionally without compromising manufacturer safety procedures or warranty requirements.
